Currently a Transformation Director at Capgemini, Glenn has performed many different roles during his career: programmer, analyst, project leader, process engineer, product strategist, consultant and manager. This has enabled him to build a comprehensive toolkit of skills and experience to successfully navigate complex IT change / business transformation agendas.
Glenn has been with Capgemini for over 16 years. He initially worked in the Application Services organisation, where he led delivery transformations on a number of key client Accounts as well as supporting a number of major bid pursuits. He then joined the Global Sales Organisation, where he developed the Global Application Outsourcing product strategy as well as producing Capgemini’s first Global Outsourcing services catalog. More recently, he joined the Infrastructure Services organisation to manage their global transformation programme. Subsequent roles have included heading up the Global Tools & Services organisation, Operations Director for Infrastructure Transformation Services, managing the Infra Global CTO Office and his current role, Digital Transformation Leader, mobilizing innovation and automation to drive business value for Capgemini clients.
Prior to joining Capgemini, Glenn was with CSC for 10 years, where he undertook a variety of consulting and programme delivery roles. He was latterly the Application Delivery Director for their automotive sector.
Previous delivery and program management roles gave Glenn extensive exposure to clients in many different sectors including retail, manufacturing and government.
